How do I fund my wallet? +

Open the app, tap Fund wallet, and choose bank transfer or card. Transfers reflect automatically once your payment is confirmed.

I was debited but my order wasn't delivered. +

Most orders deliver instantly. If one is delayed, it's automatically reviewed and either completed or refunded to your wallet. You can also send us your transaction reference and we'll check it for you.

Is my money and information safe? +

Yes. Your wallet is protected with a transaction PIN, and payments run through secure, encrypted channels. Your card details are never stored on your device.

How do I reset my PIN or password? +

Go to Settings → Security to change your PIN, or tap Forgot password on the login screen to reset it by email.

How do I delete my account? +

Request account deletion from Settings → Account, or email our support team and we'll remove your account and associated data.
